I was hired by Chad Moore, lead character artist, and Dave Dalzell, art director, to help establish a next gen pipeline for characters on Spiderman 3. This was certainly a tremendous opportunity for me. Throughout this 3 year production cycle, I was finally given me the opportunity I was looking for, to model characters. I transitioned to a full character artist with this project which I'm very grateful for, modeling in Maya and sculpting in Zbrush and Mudbox. I also had great modeling advice from Chad Moore, Katon Callaway, Ricardo Ariza, Erik Drageset, Peter Tumminello, and Tyler Breon. Character concepts by Peter Lam kept things very fun too. Also I got the chance to paint and texture Spiderman himself for the game, modeled by Chad Moore. Published by Activision and delveloped at Treyarch. |
